Questions about price.

Is the payroll export extra?
No. Payroll files are part of the price, like everything else on this page.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone active in TimeSpark during the month. Leavers stop counting once they've gone.
We have three farms. Is that three sites?
Yes, if each has its own terminals and site agent. All three appear together in one TimeSpark.
Is there a monthly charge for each terminal?
No. Terminals are bought once, and the site fee covers everything they do with TimeSpark.
We already have Hikvision terminals.
Then you may not need to buy any. TimeSpark can take them over, and the people already on each device are matched up with their records.
Who fits the terminals?
Your own electrician. Each one needs power and a network connection, plus a mag lock if it's going to open the door. You'll also need a Windows PC on the same network for the site agent; one that's already there will usually do.
